Inspired by his love and respect of the land, Steve Byrd joined Russ Russell Commercial Real Estate as a Land Specialist. Steve specializes in residential/commercial land development as well as agricultural and transitional land development. He has over 10 years of commercial and residential real estate experience.
Steve is a Huntsville native and a graduate of Grissom High School. Previously a farmer himself, Steve truly knows the value of land and its financial and sentimental aspects.
As a Land Specialist, Steve also focuses on land assemblage. Steve is a candidate to become an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) as designated within the Realtors Land Institute (RLI). This is a unique certification in that only eight realtors in the state of Alabama currently hold this distinction. Upon completion, Steve will be the only Accredited Land Consultant in North Alabama.
