There are two coolers: one walk-in cooler and another walk-in cooler with a walk-in freezer.  A new Hoshizaki ice machine with a 850 pound capacity.  Two new Beverage-Air pizza preps tables w/refrigeration, cutting tops.  An eight-eye double stacked gas range, 3 hoods that are a, b, and c, rated; two Wolfe gas convection ovens plus a Blodgett gas convection oven.  Stainless steel three-bay washing station, a two-bay produce washing station and a single-bay frozen meat station.  Plus a mixing station with under and over shelving, three stainless steel mixing tables and a 30-square foot commercial refrigerator.  Best of all, all kitchen ware, post, pans, mixing bowls, and cutlery remain.
